Infirmi\u00e8re de formation initiale, maintenir la sant\u00e9 est un domaine qui lui tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n                    <p>Form\u00e9e au hatha yoga \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ashram de yoga Sivananda France et passionn\u00e9e par cette voie et cette discipline de vie, elle d\u00e9cide de s&rsquo;y consacrer une ann\u00e9e enti\u00e8re afin de vivre et s&rsquo;impr\u00e9gner du yoga. C&rsquo;est une profonde \u00e9volution int\u00e9rieure.\n                      La vie en ashram offre la possibilit\u00e9 de ressentir les bienfaits d&rsquo;une vie simple, dans le partage avec autrui, en laissant notre ego de cot\u00e9, afin de s&rsquo;interroger sur le sens profond de notre existence. Le yoga est une hygi\u00e8ne de\n                      vie, une fa\u00e7on de vivre qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la joie sur le long terme, une voie de transformation profonde.<\/p>\n                    <p>Ensuite, anim\u00e9e par son m\u00e9tier de base, infirmi\u00e8re, elle a souhait\u00e9 se sp\u00e9cialiser dans le yoga adapt\u00e9 afin d&rsquo; apporter plus de justesse et de possibilit\u00e9s \u00e0 tous : avec un grand projet, celui d&rsquo;amener le yoga dans les structures hospitali\u00e8res\n                      pour accompagner les processus de maladie, de convalescence et de la vieillesse.<\/p>\n                    <p>Voulant augmenter ses connaissances dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 naturelle, elle chemine vers l&rsquo;Ayurv\u00e9da (syst\u00e8me de m\u00e9decine venant de l&rsquo;Inde, qui valorise la pr\u00e9vention, l&rsquo;alimentation et l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne de vie), aupr\u00e8s de Vaidya Atreya\n                      Smith avec l&rsquo;Institut Europ\u00e9en des Sciences V\u00e9diques. L&rsquo;ayurv\u00e9da lui permet aujourd&rsquo;hui de saisir plus intens\u00e9ment le lien corps\/esprit\/nature, la rapprochant encore plus du vivant et de l&rsquo;\u00eatre.<\/p>\n                    <p>Parall\u00e8lement, des voyages en Inde en 2023, 2025, et 2026 l&rsquo;ont profond\u00e9ment boulevers\u00e9s et motiv\u00e9s dans cette voie de la vie. Se rapprochant plus fortement des enseignements de Swami Sivananda, Swami Kailasananda (Directrice de l&rsquo;ashram\n                      \u00e0 Neuville aux Bois), Amma et Sri Ramana Maharshi ; pour inspirer sa vie et sa pratique personnelle. Plus r\u00e9cemment, une rencontre tr\u00e8s forte avec les \u00e9critures d&rsquo;Arnaud Desjardins, donnent un nouveau sens \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement.<\/p>\n                    <p>Le souhait est de partager et transmettre aujourd&rsquo;hui avec le c\u0153ur; un yoga en simplicit\u00e9 avec une ouverture sur la sant\u00e9 consciente.
